What Are My Options?

 
    ?   May I order for the whole school year?
    Yes, IMS creates reservations on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the current school year.
    ?   May I order for the next school year?
    Yes, but IMS will hold future school year orders for processing beginning July 15 each year.
    ?   Am I restricted on how many items I can order?
    No, not at all. Order as much as you like, as often as you like.
    ?   Will I get everything I order?
    Not always. Because of previous reservations or date conflicts, approximately 5% will not get reserved.
    ?   How soon should I place my order?
    As early as possible. IMS will reserve items as we receive orders, up to noon the day before you need it.
    ?   Will I get an acknowledgment of my order?
    Yes, IMS returns a confirmation for all reservations.
    ?   How long do I get to keep the material?
    One week (7 days).
    ?   What do I do if I need to keep an item beyond 7 days?
    You must phone an IMS rep at 262-369-9200 to request an extension.
    ?   What if I forget to call in an extension and miss the IMS return?
    You then become responsible for the returns on the date due.
    ?   Who delivers my order?
    The standard delivery is IMS. You may contract other delivery methods.
    ?   Am I responsible for returning IMS material?
    Yes. IMS makes it easy for you by providing you a Merchandise Return label, or issuing a UPS call tag.
    ?   Where should I leave the items being returned?
    If by IMS Delivery, at the drop point as determined by your site.

If by Merchandise Return label, in any U.S. Mail Box.

If by UPS Call-tag, at the UPS Delivery Location.

    ?   When should my due items be at the drop point for return?
    The evening prior to your pick-up. (If you wait until the date due, you're likely too late.)
    ?   How can I tell when my items are due?
    Look on the IMS label affixed to every item, the due date is clearly marked.
    ?   What happens on a snow day?
    IMS will attempt to deliver and pick-up the following day.
    ?   What happens if we're snowed out for two or more days?
    IMS will automatically extend all items one full week, unless being retrieved by UPS.
    ?   What happens on Holidays or if we're closed on our delivery day?
    IMS will automatically create two-week reservations, allowing retrieval on your next available delivery day, except when retrieved by UPS.
    ?   What happens if we're closed on our delivery day for two weeks in a row or more?
    Special delivery and retrieval arrangements must be made with IMS.
